Squirrel Theft!

We have had some problems with the red squirrels in the last couple of days. Several children have reported that sweets have been taken from their chalets. They have pointed to evidence of muddy footprints in the bathroom and things lying on the floor (which were knocked down when they came through the window).

This lunchtime the children found their booty - lying under a tree along with leaves and acorns.  Our furry friends were clearly collecting them for the winter, alas they will have to start collecting again.😜
